Experience That Delivers. Leadership That Listens.

From Gary roots to regional leadership — bringing experience, accountability, and collaboration to the future of Lake County.

Glenn is a lifelong Northwest Indiana resident committed to strengthening communities and ensuring responsible leadership for the future of Lake County.

Born and raised in Gary, Indiana, Glenn is a proud graduate of Wirt High School and Purdue University. His roots in the region have shaped his understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing local families, businesses, and neighborhoods.

Glenn has built a successful career spanning more than 35 years in the technology sector, developing solutions for major organizations including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. His work has focused on solving complex problems with technology, managing fiscal and personnel resources responsibly, and delivering results that make companies more efficient and effective.

In addition to his professional experience, Glenn has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service and community leadership. He currently serves as a school board member with Gary Community School Corporation, appointed by Mayor Eddie Melton and is the Indiana School Boards Association (ISBA) Region 1 Director, where he works collaboratively with education leaders across multiple communities to improve opportunities for students and families.

Glenn has also served as a precinct committeeman and has been actively involved in initiatives that support education, community development, and economic opportunity throughout the region.

Through both his professional and public service work, Glenn has developed the experience needed to make thoughtful decisions, balance priorities responsibly, and bring people together to achieve meaningful progress.

Glenn believes strong communities are built through collaboration, accountability, and steady leadership. He is committed to ensuring every community in District 3 — including Gary, Lake Station, New Chicago, Hobart, and portions of Merrillville — has a strong voice and thoughtful representation.

Glenn and his wife, Audra, are proud parents of two children, Charles and Racyne. Family remains at the center of Glenn’s commitment to public service and his dedication to building a stronger future for the next generation.

Glenn is running for Lake County Council – District 3 to provide prepared, responsible leadership focused on opportunity, stability, and long-term success for the communities he has always called home.
